News from my account manager today when I come back from my unpaid leave. My one and only sales colleague left our company two days ago. Xiao liao! Will I be next??
Did look for sales and make over hundred telephone calls. Always cannot match the printing price and dead line, what to do?
The company I'm working for specializes in Label printing since they started their business. They are going for offset printing. However, this company owns only one set of single colour machine. The maximum size is only A3 and the print out quality, plus the time it takes, are not as good / fast as those 4-colour big machine. Some of the bigger job we took on still need to source for vendors and add 20% profit to it. There's nothing inhouse except the poor little single colour machine. How to fight for price and speed????
